This gorgeous girl is 1 year and 3 months old, mixed breed and originally from Romania.
Please read carefully before applying. Harper is a nervous dog at first, but once she trusts you, is very loving and protective of her family. Most of her behaviours comes from anxiety - she can be anxious and nervous in new environments or when people she has not built trust with come to the home. This unfortunately leads to her feeling the need to protect the home and can display charging and barking behaviour. Once she knows and trusts someone, she is very pleased to see them and have a fuss.
Harper seems more comfortable around big dogs and has attempted to demonstrate her pack place with smaller breeds of dog both in and outside of the home and with one of the children.
She thrives off being trained, learning, and having activities to do. She is at her happiest on a walk and especially enjoys walking with a confident dog.. Harper is fine with cats although she has never lived with one. She loves to play with other dogs; however, she can be a little boisterous with her play.
Harper has so many great qualities. She travels extremely well, great recall, great on a lead, does not destroy property, sleeps well by herself at night, fully house trained, can be left in the day after a good walk. She can take treats without food aggression.
