 11-Month-Old Dachshund x Chow Chow

Roxie is an incredibly friendly and social girl who adores meeting people and dogs. While she may take a little longer to warm up to men, her confidence is growing daily in her foster home.

*Playtime Enthusiast*
Roxie is all about fun! She loves running, chasing, and playing “bitey face” with other dogs. Her playful energy makes her a great companion for another active dog or one tolerant of her enthusiasm. Alternatively, she could thrive as an only dog in the right home.

When she’s not zooming around, Roxie enjoys curling up on the sofa for some cozy snuggle time and a well-deserved nap. 

*Training & Routine*
Roxie already has a solid foundation of basic training and would benefit from continued learning, especially since she’s highly treat-motivated. She can be left alone for up to two hours a day after a good walk and some playtime. However, her new family will need to gradually build up her alone time, as she was left too long in the past. 

*The Perfect Home*
Roxie needs an active home that can keep up with her boundless energy. She thrives on walks, play, and social interactions, so having doggy friends is a must. In the home, she’s sweet-natured, well-behaved, and full of love.

Roxie is too interested in cats to live with them and could happily live with children aged 8 and older who are comfortable with lively dogs. 

Currently located in Basingstoke with her foster family, Roxie is ready to find her forever home.
