 At Helping Dogs and Cats CIC, we truly value the trust and support of our community—our supporters, volunteers, and everyone who cares about the animals we help. Your feedback is important to us, as it allows us to learn, grow, and continue providing the best possible care. If you have any concerns, we encourage you to reach out so we can address them together. 

 If there’s something you’d like to bring to our attention, please follow these steps:

• Please address your email to Lauren Kerwood so we can direct it to the right person.

What to Include

• Your name and contact details.
• A clear description of your concern, including any relevant details (such as dates, times, or anything else that might help us understand the situation).
• Any supporting information that you feel would be useful.

What Happens Next

• We will acknowledge your email within 5 working days so you know it has been received.
• We will carefully look into the matter, which may involve gathering more information.

Our Response

• We aim to provide a full response within 20 working days. If we need more time, we will keep you updated on our progress.

If You Need Further Review

• If you feel your concern hasn’t been fully addressed, you can request a review by a senior team member within 10 working days of receiving our response.

 We handle all concerns with sensitivity and care, and we will take all reasonable steps to protect your privacy.
