Bella is a little shy with new people at first — she’s firmly in the “stranger danger” camp — but give her time, patience, and a sense of safety, and she reveals the sweetest, funniest personality. Once she feels settled, Bella shows her affection in the most endearing ways, especially when food is involved. Breakfast time begins with soft head bumps, escalates to carefully grooming your eyebrows and hair, and if you still haven’t gotten the hint… you may receive the tiniest, gentlest nose nibble imaginable.

During the day, Bella enjoys snoozing in a quiet, secure spot, but she’ll regularly pop by to check in on you (and confirm that food still exists). In the evenings — after dinner, of course — she likes to join you on the sofa. She’s not quite a lap cat yet, but she’ll curl up close enough for ear scratches and tummy tickles, soaking up affection on her own terms.

She’s wonderfully chatty, adores feather toys, has a serious weakness for stealing hairbands, and firmly believes no human should ever go to the bathroom alone again. She also takes her role as Bath Tap Inspector very seriously.

Bella isn’t looking for just any home — she’s looking for her person. Someone who understands that trust is earned, that love can be quiet and slow and deeply rewarding.
