🐾 MEET ROO 🐾
💙 8-week-old Sprocker | Cocker Spaniel × Springer Spaniel
Roo is an adorable little bundle of spaniel puppy energy, fun, cuddles and those wonderfully bitey puppy moments! 🥰
At just 8 weeks old, the world can feel like a big place, and Roo can initially be a little unsure of new experiences. He takes great comfort from his canine friends, so having a confident, calm dog around him is really important.
Once settled, Roo is a loving little boy who absolutely adores people and is thoroughly enjoying all the cuddles, attention and love he is receiving in his foster home. ❤️
🌿 Roo's been busy learning already!
He's:
🐾 Learning to sit
🐾 Picking up his house training really well
🐾 Loving exploring the garden
🐾 Enjoying toys and playing
🐾 Learning all about the big wide world around him
He's also met children aged 10+ and has been great with them, so he could potentially live with children of this age or older.
🐶 Roo MUST live with another dog
His new canine companion should be:
✔️ Confident
✔️ Calm
✔️ Playful
✔️ Patient and tolerant of a young puppy
Roo hasn't experienced living with cats yet, but being so young, he may be able to learn to live alongside them with the right introductions and management.
🎓 Puppy classes are a must
As part of his adoption, Roo's new family will need to commit to puppy training classes.
This is a bright and clever little boy who is going to need plenty of mental and physical stimulation as he grows. A Sprocker is likely to keep his family busy, so we're looking for someone who understands the needs of an active, intelligent spaniel and can give Roo the training, enrichment, exercise and guidance he'll need throughout his life.
Spaniel experience is preferred.
🏡 Roo is currently in foster in Eversley.
He's sweet, affectionate, playful, bouncy, loves his toys and is exactly what you'd expect from an 8-week-old puppy who's discovering everything for the first time.
He's going to need the right family, not just any family. 💙
