This stunning 4-year-old large crossbreed (with Anatolian Shepherd being the biggest percentage) was rescued from the streets of Turkey as a puppy — and he has grown into the most loving, loyal companion.
Thai absolutely adores people. He loves cuddles, attention, and a good scratch, and he’s perfectly content chilling at home, watching the world go by from his favourite spot on the sofa. Calm indoors, affectionate, and wonderfully steady.
Yes, he’s a big lad — but he walks beautifully on lead and has lovely engagement on his walks.
He may occasionally pull if he gets excited, but he knows his training well… especially when a gravy bone biscuit is involved! 🦴
He also loves to stretch his legs with a good free run. True to his breed, he doesn’t tend to stray far and prefers to stay close to his people. He would love a home where he can regularly enjoy safe off-lead adventures.
🐶 Previously lived with another dog. He can be playful (and sometimes a little enthusiastic!), so any canine companion would need to be the right match. He would also thrive as an only dog with dog friends to meet up with.
🐱 Cat-free home required.
👧 Suitable for children aged 12+ who are comfortable around larger breeds, as he can occasionally jump up when excited.
It’s impossible to fully capture how special Thai is.
He’s a gentle sweetheart who just wants someone to love him for exactly who he is.
Please don’t be put off by his size — there’s simply more of him to cuddle, and so much love to give. ❤️
He can be left for a few hours, has great training in place, and even knows a few tricks.
